Product overview:

Silicon nitride cermet has low sintering temperature, good dimensional stability, high mechanical strength, good chemical corrosion resistance, especially good high-temperature structural strength, and has self-lubricating effect. It forms a fine dispersed phase in the composite material, thereby greatly improved the comprehensive performance of the composite material.

Main purpose:

Precision structural ceramic components: rolling bearings, sliding bearings, sleeves, valves, and structural components with  requirements of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Surface coating of metals and other materials: molds, cutting tools, turbine rotors of steam turbine blades, and inner wall coatings of cylinders, etc.

High-performance composite materials: metal-based, ceramic-based, graphite-based and polymer-based composite materials. 

Performance characteristics:

Nano-silicon nitride (nano-Si3N4) has the characteristics of high purity (no impurity phase detected by XRD), small particle size (50nm), large specific surface area, and high surface activity.

Precautions:

This product should be stored in a cool, dry room to avoid heavy pressure. It should not be exposed to the air during use, so as to avoid moisture absorption and agglomeration, which will affect the dispersion performance and use effect. Unused products should be sealed or stored in a vacuum after unpacking.
