Tetratantalum hafnium pentacarbide is currently known as the compound with the highest melting point. It is a solid solution composed of binary compounds of tantalum carbide (melting point 3983 ℃) and hafnium carbide (melting point 3928 ℃), which is used in the field of ultra-high temperature cermets.
Features:
1. High solid solubility: no impurity phase detected by XRD, low content of metal impurity elements detected by GDMS;
2. Small particle size: the minimum particle size is 30-50nm;
3. Centralized distribution: particle size standard normal distribution, no bimodal or multimodal;
